
ABOUT ME
After spending nearly a decade running large scale, big-box retail outlets in the UK, I took the leap to move into sales and marketing roles in the agency world, working with some of the leading global brands that fill the shelves that we buy from each and every day.
From managing field teams to creating and implementing strategic brand programmes I was then headhunted to join a business, that now is one of the leading global sales agencies, with a drive to replicate the scale processes that I had already proved in previous roles both for that business and that of their clients.
I then moved onto another agency to help them scale their business. This move resulted in revenue growth from £1.4m pa to £14m of one account and an overall growth of almost £18m in just five years.
I now spend my time working with entrepreneurs and business owners helping them to get more from their operations, be it revenue, profit, freedom - or all three.

I have been running commercial operations as an employee for large corporates for over 20 years and for the past 10 been helping entrepreneurs to scale their businesses across mutliple sectors.
