You would have been living under a rock for the past 18 months to not have heard or be using AI in your business.

Well, it is both depending on how you use it.

You see, if you use it correctly it can save you time, increase your productivity, improve your revenue and profits and make your life easier.

Yes. I really did say this.

But there are so many tools out there and even more people sharing the tools that you should be using in your business.

So here are the only 3 tools you need to have in your armoury today in your business - no matter what you do.

1) Ideogram.ai (https://ideogram.ai/)

This is a must if you create graphics or need them in your business. By prompting the tool with what you want it will produce up to 25 per day on the free account - and with little training you can create something like this:

2) HeyGen (https://www.heygen.com/)

If you want to put videos online but don't want to be on camera, this could be the thing for you. HeyGen will allow you to utilise the AI avatars to present your words and currently the lip syncing is better than it has ever been - and will only get better.

You can even create your own AI Avatar so it is you on camera - just not "you!"

3) Chat GPT (https://chatgpt.com/)

I couldn't offer three tools and not include the "Daddy" of them all. Yes, there are other chat tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini) but I think Open AI still suits more of the SME sector.

With the enhancement of the paid 4o version, any business not using this, or even using the free version will be missing out on some key tools in their toolbox.
