No More Hamsters….

Happy New Year!

As we start another hope-filled 365 days, I was struck by something that happened to me three weeks ago..

I spoke to my Mastermind group last month at our Christmas event, as we explored what we had achieved last year as a team and was met with the following:

Tom G: "Created a new revenue stream and now engaged with a celebrity in a partnership that will be developed this year...."

Emma S: "Grown revenue by 25%, but profits by over 50% - just because I know my numbers better now..."

Kim A: "Hired a managing director to run the day-to-day, meaning I can now look at a new venture..."

Nathan G: "Increased my franchise sales by 100% based on 2023 - and halfway to my total five-year target..."

All great successes, I hope you can see...however we also had John T, Mark T, Simon R and Sarah J all agree that,

"This year has been the same as last year, and the year before that."

It is interesting that three of these have only been part of the Mastermind since April, so are still working their way through how to really scale their business.

They are still hamsters in the wheels of their business though.

And if I am honest - and you know from my previous emails that this is one things that I am with my communication - I knew they would be.

You see the difference between many of those in my Mastermind, and pretty much all business owners I talk to is that those who are still "running to stand still" do not have a specified goal, a deadline to achieve it, or really a desire to make significant change.

They are not feeling the pain of repeating the same year and in my opinion, currently don't want the success enough.

So 2025 is the year that I don't want anyone to be this position.

I want to help you to get out of your business exactly what you want.

And then to get out of the business completely.

So over the coming weeks, I am going to share some things that will help you to start making 2025 "Your Best Year in Business" - videos with tips and tricks, worksheets that you can use for you and your teams to make your goals a reality.

All for free.

William and I have a goal that we want to be able to influence more that the £107m of additional sales growth that we have helped clients with over the past seven years - this goal is to move this to £250m by this time next year.

We'd love you to be part of that growth.

But for now, I want you to do one thing.

Set yourself ONE BIG GOAL that you want to achieve over the next 12 months.

Could be revenue.

Might be profit.

Perhaps it's a bigger team.

Maybe it's a new premises.

Or one big customer.

Whatever it is, you need the goal (the thing above), the deadline (12 months) and the desire (that's up to you!) as your start towards your Best Business Year ever.
