This week has been a bit of a celebration here at BGF Towers......cake and party poppers galore...

You see, on Monday, we celebrated eight years of being in existence, as the training arm of our core business GainMore Solutions.

Eight years.

Wow.

Yes we have had the terrible twos.

The tantrums.

The sleepless nights.

But we continue to push forward and help business owners like you achieve the goals you want.

We are in a small percentage of businesses who survive past their 5th birthday and yet we almost take it for granted that we continue to have an impact on our cliens' lives.

I can talk about the individuals who have exited their business, supported by us.

I can talk about those clients who went from despair to control and are now making six figure profits consistently by using some of the tools we have shared.

I can talk about the techniques that have helped our trade clients win jobs, at a higher price than their competition regularly due to how they position themselves.

But for each business it is different.

So I want you to think about how long you have been in business, and your successes - however large or small they are...

It's important - especially when things are tough.

Having a successful business for me comes down to three things:

1. Finding enough people who are interested in what you do and engaging them to have a conversation

2. Delivering the "thing" that you do well, consistently.

3. Delivering the "thing" profitably.

It really is as simple as that!
