Why I’m Writing A Book (and What It Means for You)

Over the past few years, I’ve seen a lot of noise in the business coaching space.

Grand promises.

Big guarantees.

Shiny funnels and “six-figure secrets.”

But here’s the thing that’s always bothered me:

Too many so-called “gurus” are trying to sell business owners the dream of success without a clear, simple path to get there. They ask for a significant investment upfront, but rarely deliver a real, proven system that actually works.

It’s all sizzle, no steak.

That’s why I’ve decided to do something about it.

I’m writing a book.

Not just another motivational pep talk or a 300-page sales pitch disguised as advice.

But a straight-talking, no-nonsense guide to building and scaling a business that doesn’t just turn a profit, but actually gives you the life you want.

Because, after years of helping real businesses grow from small family operations to multi-million-pound companies...I’ve realised something simple:

Success in business is predictable.

It’s not a fluke, a mystery, or a result of some secret hack.

It’s the outcome of following the right steps, making the right moves, and building the right systems.

And that’s what I’m going to share.

I’m about halfway through the first draft, and I can tell you this:

it’s the book I wish I’d had when I started.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Real, practical advice. No fluff. Just straight-up, actionable steps you can take to make your business work better.
  • Strategies that actually scale. Not just “hustle harder” or “manifest your dreams” nonsense, but concrete, proven methods that work in the real world.
  • A roadmap you can trust. One that won’t have you burning out, chasing trends, or gambling on untested tactics.

And the best part?

You won’t have to invest thousands in some fancy mastermind to get this knowledge.

Because I’m tired of the smoke and mirrors.

I’m tired of people over-complicating what really comes down to a few key principles.

And I’m tired of seeing good business owners like you waste time, money, and energy on the wrong things.

So, if you’re tired of the noise too, keep an eye out.

This book is coming.

And I think you’re going to like it.

Talk soon,
Jim
